Chosun Korean BBC Restaurant in Vancouver, BC is looking for experience Korean Cook to join the kitchen team.

This is a full-time permanent position - 40 hours of working per week.

Wages: $17 per hour + gratuities


Skills and experience requirements:
* Minimum of 5+ years of commercial cooking experience in preparing marinated Korean barbecue and its sauce..
* Must have a thorough knowledge of new and upcoming techniques in the food industry.


Duties and responsibilities:
? Preparing and serving Korean food and a variety of side dishes.
? Creating and/or developing new barbecue sauces and marinades for the Korean meat dishes.
? Checking inventory and ordering all food items and other food supplies.
? Estimating food requirements and costs.
? Maintaining high standard of sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
? Demonstrating new cooking techniques to kitchen staff.

Korean language is an asset.
